1.定期更換新油，一般每隔2-3月更換一次就可以了；
2.填進(jìn)料密封以后，一定要定期檢查軸封水的泄漏量是多少，嚴(yán)密監(jiān)視，若泄漏量超過規(guī)定的則視為泄漏嚴(yán)重，這時(shí)就應(yīng)該及時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)填料壓蓋或換新的盤根，一定要保證外接水一滴一滴的泄漏；
3.雙端面機(jī)械密封時(shí)，定期檢測水箱水位和水的渾濁程度，如果水位降低或者水比較渾濁，一定要立刻加水或換新干凈水；
4.如果壓濾機(jī)泵在冬季長時(shí)間不使用，這時(shí)就需要關(guān)閉進(jìn)口閥門，啟動(dòng)泵，讓其空轉(zhuǎn)幾分鐘，排掉泵內(nèi)殘余漿液，防止泵體發(fā)生凍裂現(xiàn)象；
